I can't believe that the company Concepts is still in business after making such garbage. You are better off buying another unit or a separate navigation unit and bluetooth (I recommend Parrot). You will at least have something that works!!! Only draw back was the radio did not ship with an Instruction Manuel on operation,installation,or product support.The radio didn't work on installation but seller shipped a new memory card for the GPS after I contacted them.The seller was not very responsive on how to Obtain operation Instructions. If you have any knowledge on how to opearate and program GPS and Bluetooth you can figure it out. I suggest going to Youtube.com for instruction on how to remove the Toyota Camry Factory radio.I would have given this product a higher rating if it had shipped with a manuel and support information.
